FDM 3D Printing

This process creates the strongest and most affordable parts out of any 3D printing technology.

  • FDM 3D Printers extrude plastic filament through a hot nozzle (Like a Hot Glue Gun) in a specific pattern to form a 3D object layer by layer. It also allows for faster and larger prints, where print time is determined by the object’s volume.

MSLA 3D Printing

This process prints in microns, so it creates extremely smooth high-quality detailed prints.

  • MSLA 3D Printers cure liquid UV Sensitive Resin using an LCD screen to harden the resin layer by layer to form a 3D object from an array of UV light. However, it’s more expensive, longer print time, and cannot print as large compared to FDM.
